1. Nature of Astrological Services

AADHYAA provides astrological analysis based on Vedic astrology principles (Jyotish), astronomical calculations (Swiss Ephemeris), and AI-assisted interpretations. Our services are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. Astrological predictions should not be considered as absolute truths or guarantees of future events.

2. User Responsibility

You acknowledge that any decisions made based on our astrological insights are your own responsibility. AADHYAA shall not be held liable for any actions taken or not taken based on our predictions, recommendations, or analysis. For important life decisions regarding health, finance, legal matters, or relationships, we strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals in those respective fields.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we employ rigorous 4-layer verification (Swiss Ephemeris astronomical calculations, classical Vedic rules, AI analysis, and verified classical text references), we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of predictions. Astrology is an interpretive art rooted in ancient wisdom, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances, free will, and other factors beyond astrological analysis.

4. Remedy Recommendations

Gemstone, mantra, and puja recommendations are based on classical Jyotish texts. Before wearing any gemstone (especially Blue Sapphire or Cat's Eye), we recommend consulting a qualified astrologer. AADHYAA is not responsible for any adverse effects from following remedy recommendations without proper guidance.

By accepting these terms, you consent to your anonymized feedback being used to train machine learning models that improve prediction accuracy for all users. This data is processed in aggregate and cannot be traced back to individual users. You may opt out of ML data contribution at any time through your account settings while continuing to use basic services.

Privacy & Security

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. Feedback data for ML training is retained in anonymized form indefinitely to maintain model accuracy. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, while anonymized statistical data may be retained.

10. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services for payment processing (Razorpay), authentication, and AI/ML computations. These providers have their own privacy policies and security measures. We do not share your birth chart data with advertising networks or data brokers.

11. Your Rights

General Terms

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. Significant changes to these terms will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

AADHYAA, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, reliance on predictions, or any decisions made based on astrological analysis. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bangalore, India.
