Punarvasu Nakshatra

Punarvasu means 'return of the light' or 'renewal.' Ruled by Aditi, the boundless mother goddess, this nakshatra bestows the gift of bouncing back from difficulties. Punarvasu natives may lose everything but always recover - like Rama, who was born in this nakshatra and returned from exile to reclaim his kingdom. Aditi represents the infinite, undivided consciousness from which all gods emerge. Punarvasu natives are learning that their true nature is infinite - losses of the material cannot diminish the eternal Self. Their spiritual practice involves cultivating faith in cosmic renewal and recognizing their identity with infinite awareness (Aditi-consciousness).
